Privacy Notice
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This notice explains how AgriTra ("we", "us"), the operator of AgriTra Sourcing (sourcing.agritra.com), handles personal data. Contact for all privacy matters: duy@agritra.com.
1. What we collect
- Website visits: this site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
- Emails you send us: if you email us (including to claim or remove a listing), we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Listings: listings contain company information only (company name, products, province, website and publicly stated certifications). We do not publish personal names, personal phone numbers or personal email addresses.
- Forms and newsletter: all forms on the site are currently disabled and collect nothing. This notice will be updated before any form or newsletter goes live.
2. Why we use it
- to answer your message and handle claim or removal requests (our legitimate interest in running the directory, or steps you request before a possible agreement);
- to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest);
- to show publicly available company information so buyers can find suppliers (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and email (for example hosting and email providers), or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and then deleted, normally within 12 months. Removed listings are deleted from the site; we keep a short record of the removal request so the listing is not re-added.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you are (including under the EU GDPR and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use these rights, email duy@agritra.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
6. Changes
We will update this notice when we add new features (such as forms, a newsletter or payments). The date above shows the latest version.
