Terms of Use

AgriTra Sourcing (sourcing.agritra.com) is a pilot directory of Vietnamese agri-food suppliers, operated by AgriTra ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. Contact: duy@agritra.com.

1. What the site is

The site is a free information directory for buyers. It is a pilot (beta) service: content, features and these terms may change. We are not a marketplace, broker, agent, inspector or party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers.

2. No guarantee of listings

Listings are compiled from public sources (trade associations, trade-fair exhibitor lists, company websites) or provided by the companies themselves. We try to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct, or that any supplier is reliable, licensed, certified or able to deliver. Please carry out your own due diligence (samples, certificates, contracts, audits) before doing business with any supplier. See the Listing Disclaimer for how badges work.

3. Sponsored content

No paid listings or placements are offered on the site at present, and nothing can be bought here. If paid placements are introduced later, they will always be labelled "Sponsored" or "Featured", payment will not change a listing's verification badge, and these terms will be updated first.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact listed companies for genuine business enquiries. You must not:

  • scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, or use it to build mailing lists;
  • send unsolicited bulk marketing to listed companies;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
  • submit false information when claiming a listing or contacting us.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, text and the AgriTra name and logo belong to AgriTra. Company names, trademarks and product information shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the supplier.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on any listing, or from any dealings between buyers and suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Links

The site links to third-party websites (sources and supplier websites). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes and contact

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
